Hun Yapı invested in a leading Turkish dormitory company Üniyurt, manages and builds several dormitories in Afyon, Sakarya, İzmir and Zonguldak in order to fulfil the need of dormitories for Turkish university students. In addition to our Afyon dormitory, which house more that 2.000 students, Sakarya-Serdivar dormitory opened its doors with 1000 students in the school year of 2014-2015. On the other hand, second phases of Afyon and Zonguldak dormitories will be completed in 2016 and the total student capacity of our dormitories will reach 6.000 students.
